Hi! I noticed that you're using our HIPAA account. As far as I know PHI fields cannot be passed via integration to third-party apps like Dropbox.
Q) Are all of your form fields marked PHI?
Awaiting your response.

Hi! I tested a cloned version of your form, integrated it to Dropbox and I successfully received a PDF copy of filled-in data in my Dropbox account (as shown in the following screencast).
PHI fields aren't normally sent to the integrated Dropbox account (as far as my tests show). BTW, if you don't have PHI fields, then re-integration might help (remove the Dropbox integration and then add it back).
Please try it and let us know if it doesn't help.
Awaiting your response.
