I have created my questionnaire, but I cannot figure out how to create a link or space for responders to upload pictures and videos.  How do I do that?

    Thanks so much,

    Christine

    Hello.

You can use the File Upload element.

    07-17-2017-1500241058.png?1.0.449&v=1.0.

This field should allow users to upload images and videos.

Make sure to check the max file size and update allowed file extensions.

For more details, kindly refer to this documentation:

OK. I thought this was the way to go, but at first I was looking for
    something specific: upload pictures..upload videos...
Next question: I want to share this questionnaire with a few people before
it's finalized. I copied the link and emailed it to my friend. But when
you click on the link on a laptop or desktop computer, it opens up with a
picture: Discard and Start Over or Continue with Draft.
I only want those I send it to do the questionnaire, not be able to discard
    or edit it.
How do I share only the questionnaire with them?
    Thanks for your help.

There are several widgets that you can add to your form which would allow users to upload files:

    1. Image Upload Preview

    2. Drag and Drop Upload

    3. Kloudless File Uploader

    4. Transloadit

    5. File Uploader by Uploadcare

    6. Infusionsoft Upload

You must have enabled the Save and continue feature that is the reason that they are getting the popup to save the draft or discard the draft.

You may disable this feature if you do not want the users to save the submissions and to be able to return to their partial submission at any time.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thanks.

    Hi Christine

The Save and continue later feature does not allow people to modify your form layout or questions. It does only allow them to change their answers to the form. Whoever is getting that screen (you included) had started answering it before and is now asked if would like to keep the progress already made.

When I click on the form link I do not get that screen. It seems to be working fine for me:

    OR continue with draft?

Are you referring to this form:

    https://www.jotform.com/build/201611620762041/settings

I see the Save continue feature is still enabled in your form.

Please disable this settings inorder to prevent the popup that give you option to save or discard the draft.

Let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks.

    Hello Christine,

My apologies for the confusion, are you referring to this as pic#1:

    1592169755pic1.jpg

And are you referring to this as pic#2?:

    1592169837pic2.jpg

If so, as advised by my colleague, you can disable the Continue Forms Later on the form settings to disable the prompt on pic# 1.

    For reference: Setting-up-the-Continue-Forms-Later-Feature-in-Card-Forms

If you are referring to different image please provide us with a screenshot of the pictures you are referring to? Kindly follow this guide to upload images on the ticket as we are unable to view files attached to emails: How-to-Post-Screenshots-to-Our-Support-Forum

Can you also provide us the link you are using when you are showing pic# 1?

Thank you. Looking forward to your response.

I am so frustrated. I waste so much time trying to figure out how to get
back to Settings. I just want to make the change you suggested, because
you are correct with pic #1 and pic #2. But I go in circles trying to get
back to settings. PLEASE tell me the easiest way for me to return to the
screen that shows: BUIL, SETTINGS, PUBLISH. So frustrated.
    Thank you.

We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you.

After login into your account, you are on the My Forms page, and it will show you the list of your forms:

    1592178758my forms.JPG

Then select the form that you want to update or edit, then click on the Edit button:

Then this will bring you to the Form Builder:

You can click on the Jotform logo on the upper left corner of the application to go back to your list of forms:
