Submit form: Form stuck in "Please wait..." when submitting

    I have a registration form that 14 people have been able to use successfully but now when others are registering is stalls after they click submit with a "Please wait..." message on the submit button.  This is causing us problems with registering our people.


    Any ideas how to help?

    Our apologies for the inconvenience. I tested a clone of your form, and it worked fine. 

    I have cleared your form caches, hoping it will fix the problem if it was a simple glitch. 

    Case your clients are still experiencing issues, kindly let us know if the form is embedded on a website and also provide us with the URL of the web-page where it's embedded. Is the issue happening when they choose to pay through the form?

    I have tried two more times and it still stalls out with a "Please wait..." message.  We are simply copying the link and posting it our camp facebook group and have sent it out via email, so we are not embedding it anywhere. 

    I have tested it 6-7 times and get the same "Please wait..." message that my campers are complaining about.  I have even tried it in Firefox as a browser and Safari. 

    The only 1 of the 7 that succeeded was when I completed the payment form and paid $1.  Every other time I have just selected no when asked if I wanted to pay by credit card.

    I even tried the mobile and it does not go through.

    Yes.  Thank you.  Another link is performing with the same issues.  The one above is for Full-time campers, the one below is for part-time campers.  Both are having the same issue.

    Hello,

    I have tested both your forms on a Mac emulator on Safari, Chrome browsers and on a Windows PC on Chrome. In all cases, I was able to replicate the issue you are facing.

    In both cases, I used your direct form links:

    When I cloned and tested these forms, I was again not able to submit the forms.

    Let me escalate this issue to our back end team for further review. Once there is an update, we will let you know via this ticket link.

    In the meantime, since the part-time camper form does not have any submissions yet, please replace the current payment field with the PayPal Checkout payment field. Do test and let us know.

    I did as you suggested for the part-time camper form and I was able to submit a test and it wen through.  


    Could I replicate that process with the full-time camper form?  Assuming that the issue is somehow connected to PayPal.

    It seems that you have already changed both forms with PayPal Checkout. Can you please confirm if you're still having issues on both of your forms?
