How am I notified of a response from a filled in form?

When I send a user a form via email, which sounds like sending them a URL to a form stored on Jotform, and they then fill in the form online and hit submit, how is that submitted form sent back to me as the provider?  I assume it comes to me via email, but is it sent to my personal email address, or is it stored in some type of Jotform email account that I then have to log into to view the response forms?

By default, each form will have a notification email sent to the email address linked to the JotForm account.
