How can I export data from JOTFORMS - can I create a CSV Download?

I am successfully using INPUT TABLES to make calculations within the JOT FORM.  I am using OPTIONS to assign values and calculating with them. 

What I cant do: I want to export these values into our database.  Can I make these data into a CSV download?  If so it will be easy to enter into the database.
