Email Sending for Email Alerts

    I have other accounts I wonder if it is Ok

    All accounts send email to: mestreas@gmail.com

    My email is ok

    mestreas@gmail.com is not in our bouncing list

    However, there is indeed an issue which is affecting our email notification system and this is happening due to the reasons explained in our main page  Our engineers are working hard to resolve this.

    To prevent this issue with other forms of yours, make sure you set up correctly the Sender Name (map it to the Name field in the form) and the Email address (map it to noreply@jotform.com)

    If you want to reply back to the user, then you could set Reply-To  field to the Email address field from your form

    None of the above email ids are in our bounce list.

    I randomly checked few of your form's notification setup and see that you not changed the "Sender Email".

    We are having a technical glitch and our development team is already working on resolve this issue. As advised, request you to please change your notification's "sender Email" to "noreply@jotform.com".
