How can I add the product order details to my confirmation/autoresponder email?

Please advise on how I can best add the details on my customer's order to the confirmation email.

I want to include the following:

2 Product Name = $15.00

6 Product Name = $42.00

Total Order = $57.00

Basically, they need to get the details of what they ordered from the Product Order Form.
