hi i need a support in putting up the logics in my form

First Logic i want to put in this question : if a person selects Option 1 : In Question Whats describes you best ? and then Selects Option 1 in : Whats the number of People in your organization ? then it should show submit and direct them to custom thank you page

You can use "SKIP PAGE" in the conditional logic to move from pages.
