Until the problem is resolved we decide to change our e-mail email@example.com

Our development team is already working on to resolve this issue. We will keep you posted as soon as we receive any updates from them.
Your email id "firstname.lastname@example.org" is not in our bounce list but "email@example.com" was in our bounce list and I have now removed it.
Request you to please do an actual test submission on your form instead of clicking on "Test Email" button of your notification alert.
