Unable to get the number of seats in the notification email

    Hello, 

    i am not getting the number of seats in the email responses. is {type a} not the correct link?

    I see that the Number of seats field is there in the notification email:

    Are you not getting the correct result in this field while the form is submitted?

    Can we test your form to see the result?

    Also, you can delete the existing notification and create a new one.

    As you can see above, the "Number of seats" field shows up on email notifications.

    The email notification was sent at 12:36:51 EST.

    Also, it has the "Number of seats" field as previously shown in my screenshot.

    Hi,

    I've tested this and it does actually show the numbers of seats on the autoresponder to the clients as you can see in the following screenshot.


    May I please confirm if you're still experiencing the issue, I'd suggest you provide us a screenshot.

    From the server logs, I have noticed that the number of seats is not getting displayed in the email notification so I have added another field on the notification email:

    If you are still not getting the number of sheets. Please delete the notification email and then re-add.
