Problem perstists

    I still can't see the photos submitted, despite requiring log in in accounts as suggested by Jotform Support, can you give me any other ideas as to how to fix this problem?

    Hello,

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

    Could you let us know few information:

    1. Are you not able to view the photos on your Form submission page after decrypting the data?

    2. If you are able to view them on your Form Submission page, I believe you are facing this issue on your emails. Is that correct? If yes, since your form is encrypted, you will need to enter the encryption key on your email to view the submissions. Even after entering the key, are you not able to view the uploaded photo hyperlinks?

    3. I can see that you have enabled "Require log-in to view uploaded files" on your Account settings page:

    So are you logged into your Jotform account on the same browser while viewing the submission on your email? If not, you will not be able to view the photos.
