please can you check this problem out on our account. I have not been receicving my jotforms and when doing a test email the following message cam on ""This email address is blocked by Jotform, please contact us.".
Can you check this as a matter of urgency

Your email id "email@example.com" was in our bounce list. I have removed it and you should start receiving your submission emails.
Request you to please do actual test submission on your form instead of clicking on "Test Email" of your notification.
Please go through this thread, and provide us any other mail that is affected by this issue.
