We suddenly have no access to our account/forms anymore... URGENT

Asked by BBIE on July 08, 2013 at 04:39 AM

I tried to make a new sub-user (our mailing room... with user name "postkamer" with restricted access to 3 of the forms only.

This seems not to have worked correctly, as they had all access to everything.

I do not know if the problems are related, but since than we do not have access to our forms anymore and instead we have access to somebody else's forms...

The forms from oagrady are shared with us.

I guess there is something wrong here.

Further the password seems not to be valid anymore.

I tried to reset the password and indicated my email adress (jmputz@boip.int) and this seems not to be known...

( I can send this messages because I still have one active session...)

    Hi,

It seems that searching your username and email returns no result. The username "postkamer" is existing and it contains few forms. You say you've shared only 3 forms, and there are 13 forms.

Let me forward this thread to our developers for them to check further. We'll keep you updated.

    Thanks

    This is true.

What I did is sharing only 3 forms with our mailroom, and whsn I saw they had all of them with full access I tried to change this by resubmitting the sub-user creation request.

This took a very long time (a few minutes), and nothing happened.

I then tried to delete postkamer butas this also took some time, I cancelled the delete action.

This is the moment my collegue told me she could not access the database anymore...

I guess the next problem will occur very soon...

the subuser I created (postkamer) seems to receive now all the documents, but as it is considered as a free account, we only can receive up to 10 secured messages...

This would be a catastroph for us...

Could you please try to find our official account back asap...?

BBIE was originately made by me (jmputz@boip.int) and you should find all billing data under that account too.

Thanks for giving some priorty to this issue...

Hi, this thread is already submitted to our level 2 support. I have emailed our developers as well about this case.

I have temporarily set your account as Economy per your subscription to avoid "overlimit" status.

    Thanks
