    hi,

I make use of this form, helps us very much

    https://eu.jotform.com/build/201403982242347

But I experience that the enter maximum set as item {35} doesn't check in showing submit button active or not. Any idea on this?

    Thanks, Rogier

    Hello survivalgroepfitzeist,

To clarify, you want to disable your form after you reach maximum submission(35). To do that, please follow the steps below:

    1) Go to your Form Builder and click on the Settings tab above.

    2) Navigate to Form Settings.

    3) Click on the Form Status Dropdown menu and check 'Disable on Submission Limit'

    4) Set the Submission Limit(35).

    5) Write a Warning Message as your preference.

    Hi Fernand,

    Thanks for the response.

in the meantime I did it this way but this is to my opinion a extra validation check.

What I really need, is the let the {{35}} of the checklist be the trigger to let submit on or off.

    For 2 reasons:

-because it is nicer (Instead of a page that says: We are full

    - flexibele on the conditions I make. We have another form where we let our people select over 2 days and different time slots BUT day/time slot should be checked if maximum submissions are reached.

    clear?

    Hi Rogier

You can create a condition disabling submissions after the slot is full, if you use a card form:

Unfortunately, that option is not available for the classic form.

Please have a look and let us know how that goes.

    Ha Flavio,

ok, that is at least an option.
Can you tell me which conditional format to use? I guess if/else statement on value but like to be sure.

    thanks 👍

We apologize for inconvenience. Actually it should also work just fine on your classic form using the Gift Registry widget you used.

You can set the Show/Hide Condition for the Submit button base on the value of the gift registry widget.

Example, use condition to show Submit only if gift registry value is greater than zero(0).

The same condition will trigger if all of 35 checklist were used up.

You can also test this on my test form https://form.jotform.com/201667600959967

If you need the Submit button enabled/shown beside the gift registry widget value, you can just add another condition as well.

I hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.
