I have 50 colleagues who need to sign forms, can I email them the form?
Or do they have to sign up as well?

You can but having a free plan, you can only share a few emails.

I would suggest getting the Direct Form URL and send it via your email provider.

Users that will just fill out the form does not need to sign up. Just share them the form and they should be able to fill out without registration.
