    Hello,

    I use your jotform for several years now. Thanks for a wonderfull product!

    Up till now I received the forms in my mailbox with the mailaddress of the sender. Recently the are sent by '=?UTF-8?B??= [noreply@jotform.com]

    Which is very annoying and confusing and makes it complicated to reply the sender.

    Did anithing change? Or what can I do to correct that? It used to work fine

    There were some technical glitch which were caused because of some change in amazon api.  We have disabled the custom sender email feature where you cannot change the "Sender Email".

    why is it not possible to see who the sender is?

    Hi Gi,

    We have issues with our email system lately. There was some changed on the Amazon bounces API (one of our email service provider) which affects few of our users email addresses to end up in the bounce list. In order to avoid this issues in the future, we are forced to disable the "Sender Email" permanently. This is the reason why you are seeing "noreply@jotform.com" as the sender of every submissions you received via email. However, you can set "Reply-to Email" to your form email field so when you hit reply in your inbox, user's email address will be autofilled on the Reply to email.

    Hello roxxstar,

    Though it is not possible to hide them completely but you can display the sender details there. Please check the following guide and see if that helps you:  http://www.jotform.com/help/258-How-to-receive-your-email-notifications-as-if-your-form-submitter-sent-them
