Unable to Upgrade to Jotform Bronze Plan

    used the link and upgraded, how long do I have to wait for it be activated ?

    Sorry for the frustrations. We haven't received the payment yet.  Have you paid using a Credit or Debit Card? If yes, can you please send us a copy of the invoice you have received?

    I have checked your account and it now has an active Bronze Monthly subscription.

    You can confirm that on the billing page of your account.

    You can also check your subscription invoices on that page.
