SMTP Not Working

Hello

We use Sendgrid for SMTP and it doesn't appear to be trying to use that in my Event Details form, even though it is set up. can you help with this please?

I checked the email logs and the emails were sent successfully. You can also check the email logs.

If you did not receive the emails, I can only assume that your SMTP credentials are not correct. Please double-check if your SMTP credentials are correct.
