Upgrade does not go into effect

    I am trying to upgrade from Bronze to Silver, and it says it goes through successfully. However, my plan seems stuck at Bronze. 

    Could you please assist?

    We have not received a payment for the Silver. Which Silver do you want? The monthly or the yearly?
