Why is my form not found?

Hello. I have just created a form and whenever I preview or publish it, it keeps saying that the form is not found and that it is in restore mode. What could possibly be the reason for that? Thanks!

Since you did not log in to your account for a long time, your account was set as Dormant. 

I have enabled your account, and you should have no problems accessing the forms.
