I paid for Silver plan but I still see the limit notices

    can you Please investigate and confirm why payment is not reflecting

    Please go to your billing section, and upgrade the card from there https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing to see if that will fix it.

    I have also sent this to our billing team to see if they can find the payment details that you've sent through our support email account. We'll keep you posted.

    I'm sorry, but would you mind telling us the expiry date of the VISA card that ends with 2001? You have this in your email.
