Hi,
A colleague is unable to fill out the Jotform as it is bringing up the attached screen.
Please could someone help fix?

1) Please ask them to make sure that the date and time are set correctly on their device.
2) If they use a VPN or Proxy connection, ask them to disable it. They can also try accessing the form using a different internet connection or device.
If this does not help, please let us know.
