captcha field appearing after submissions

    Hi,


    Out of a sudden a Captcha appears after sending a form and between the thank you page when the Zendesk integration is used. Unfortunately the performance of the captcha is very slow and prevents many forms from being delivered. The "send" buttons turns into "Please wait" 

    How can we stop this from happening?

    Hello @SailCom,

    Our apologies for the inconvenience that you have experienced.

    I went ahead and made a test submission on your form and I was not able to replicate the issue that you are mentioning. When I submitted your form, I did not see the Captcha field.

    Please note that this issue is not related to your Zendesk integration. It would seem that the captcha field is appearing because of the spam submission limit.

    We have a 60 submission per minute per IP address limitation to prevent spam submissions. If your forms are being submitted this many times per minute, the captcha will always display at the end of the form.

    May we please know if your forms are being submitted over 60 times per minute? Also, are you experiencing this issue with multiple forms, or is in an isolated issue?
