    Problem: we don't receive any email

    Hi

    our users notice we can't receive any notification email.

    Can you check if there is a problem of bouncing list or blacklisting, or something like this?

    @arpapiemonte

    There were some technical glitch which were caused because of some change in amazon bounce api.  It would be geat if you could send us the list of your recipient email address. We will check if those emails ids are in our bounce list.

    Your account email id "arpa.piemonte.it@gmail.com" was in our bounce list. I have removed it now and and you should receive submission emails on this email id.

    the address on witch we  have to receive jotform notification is: arpavip@arpa.piemonte.it

    Please remove it too
