Randomly getting duplicate submissions several times over the next day or week

Hi there,

Lately we have been getting forms sent to us at the time of submission and then randomly a few times after.  Sometimes within the same day and often several times again and again over the next week or so.  This was never an issue before.  Is there a new setting?  Is there a way to avoid this happening?

Thank you for contacting us. What is the form where you have been getting duplicate submissions? If the form is embedded please share the URL of the web page, so we can try submitting the form to see if it generates a duplicate.

We would normally recommend to set up unique submissions, but if they are triggered several days after the initial submission, then we will need to investigate further. Could you please gather the IDs of those duplicates?
