Form not sending me emails from my website

    I have put a Jotform on my Square website and I am not receiving notifications via email that the form has been filled out asking us for information.  When i first set it up and tested it it did send me a email with the customers info.  Today I received a call from a customer that said they filled out the form.  I have not received it.  I went to my website and filled out the form as well and submitted it. I did not receive an email notification for it.  I haven't changed any of the settings since i first set it up.

    Please help as this is a critical piece for our business to be able to book functions

    We apologize for the inconvenience. I have checked the mail logs, and notifications are being sent out. Also, the recipient is not in our bounce list.

    Please check the spam folder, if you find them there, mark them as Not Spam.
