How do you change [noreply@jotform.com] alias in emails

    Hi there

    When a notification for a submitted form is delivered to my email inbox, the contact username alias in MS Outlook is displayed as 'Name' [noreply@jotform.com] (Name being the person's name who submitted the form) When you click reply, you can reply to the submitter's correct email address but how do you remove the alias [noreply@jotform.com] part? Or is this just something MS Outlook does?

    I've changed all the necessary details in the 'Send-to' and 'Reply' to emails in the 'Reply to and sent to recipient details' section.

    @cmsacomms

    There were some technical glitch which were caused because of some change in amazon bounce api.

    We have permanently disabled the custom sender email feature where you cannot change the "Sender Email". All notification email will always display "noreply@jotform.com" but you can change the "Reply-to" email address.
