I am paying for the service to be able to send these forms out to my clients. I would like to do so without therm getting any marketing blasts. The they "submit" they get a thank you and the question "Have you completed your online test" when they click on it they are sent to a website about Ireland.

    How can we stop this?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I have checked your form and this is the redirecting URL that appears on your thank you page.

May I please confirm if this is the website you're referring to? If you don't want to redirect your clients anywhere else, you can simply switch from "Redirect to external link" to "Show a Thank you page".

Let me know if that helps.

No. I put that there today to stop your “
Show a thank you page “ from marketing to
    my clients.
Leave it. Once my 1000 submissions
Are used up I will be canceling.

Hello Kathy - Please note that we do not place links in our user form. Also, we do not edit the user's forms without the owner's permission so it is impossible for the Jotform staff to include the hyperlink on your thank you page.

Perhaps, someone has access to your form or account then edited the form?

By the way, was your form created from scratch? If the form is cloned version then it is possible that the thank you page template for the orignal form is cloned which is why it's showing redirect link or hyperlink in your thank you page.

Thank for your response. Yes it was cloned.
My apologies, clearly it’s user error and
your tools are not designed for someone
    with my inexperience.
Given I have committed to 1000 submissions, I will attempt to create my own form from scratch
