It's our second week of camp and the parents that registered last week, they can't register again, because it's only one entry on the form.

I checked this form (200418149711146) and the unique submission is enabled:
Please set it to "No check" if you want to receive multiple submissions from the same user.Related guide: How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form
