User is receiving "one entry onyly" error message

    Good afternoon! 

    It's our second week of camp and the parents that registered last week, they can't register again, because it's only one entry on the form.

    I don't know how to fix it.  Please contact us 407-758-5364

    I checked this form (200418149711146) and the unique submission is enabled:
    Please set it to "No check" if you want to receive multiple submissions from the same user.
