    Notifications are incorrect , i can't select like your advice said noreply jotform

    Hi Support-Team

    I can't select sender email - jotform no reply 

    I have only 

    Name and Email that's it. I had it in. I don't understand

    Please help us out.

    I have sent you an email on your support@jotform.com

    with the subject: Notification are incorrect. There you can see the printscreen.

    Hi Sandra,

    Good day! We have decided to permanently disable Sending Email notification from Custom Email Address that is why the "Sender Email" section is not visible from the settings. We have recently experience a problem with our email servers because lot of our users abused the function.

    All notifications and auto responders are now using noreply@jotform.com as Sender Email which is NOT changeable. You can still use the Email Field as the "Reply-to Email" as you can see on the screenshot that you have provided. You are still able to see what's the email address of the sender by looking the "Reply-to Email" section.

    bad users...not really nice , I don't understand why people are doing that. it's a shame !
    Thank you for your info. but what should we do with the ?UTF-8?..in the "From" when I receive the notifications. How can I correct that? our clients don't understand that.

    Hi Sandra,

    Some people love "shortcuts" without thinking that it would harm someone or harm theirselves.

    I've fixed the issue with the UTF-8. Please kindly check again.

    Thank you very much, its working now with the above jotform with UTF-8Problem. But i have that problem with other clients too. Can you correct that globaly or do I have to send you every single jotform?

    Hi Sandra,

    Do you know if what's the Mail Client used by your clients? The letter U from the word "für" may caused character encoding problems to some of the Mail Clients. Can you pleas ask them to check and make sure to set Mail Client character encoding settings to UTF-8 ?

    You may also consider changing the said letter to English Text instead of cyrillic letters.

    But there is no ü or ö or ä in this form. Please check this form

    and there the last submission was on the 08.07.2013 without these öäü. Please check the attachment: That was a forward to my address.

    Hi Sandra,

    Can you please try to re-create your form notifications? That would help somehow. Delete then recreate. Also, our forum cannot accept email attachments, please send it to our Support Email at support@jotform.com
