Can you help me access a link?

I have been trying to get access to a link on all the mobile devices and my pc. All i get is an unauthorized message every single time and I have tried changing from safari to google chrome with no success. Any ideas?

Is that a form link that was shared to you? If yes, make sure to use the same email address where you received the link. So far in your account W**************rd.ac.uk, there's no form shared to you so it's either the form link is no longer shared to your email address or you're using a different email in your account.
