How can I have multiple calculations in a form?

    Hi,

    I have a form with 5 sets of questions and I like to give a score to each set.

    The end result would be 5 score numbers, each calculated for one of the sets.

    Can you help, please? Thanks

    Hi, thank you for reaching out to us.

    You can make use of the Use Calculation Values of each question and assign a corresponding point with each one.

    Then you add a Form Calculation Widget to sum the total score of all the questions.

    Greetings and thank you for your message.

    Yes, you are able to use multiple form calculations in a form. After you complete your form, you can modify the Notification email to configure what fields should be included. You can modify Notifications from the form settings:
