Logging in

    We are having the same issue again. We tried to log in once and it said the account has been locked due to a failure of logging in 5 times. We never tried to log in 5 times. It logged me out, I tried to log back in once and it has the same error message once again. How do we prevent this from happening every time ? And how do we fix it now, we can not log in as of right now.

    Hi @Denise,

    We apologize for the inconvenience. If you recently reset your password, please make sure you are using the most updated one. HIPAA compliance accounts are usually locked out after multiple failed login attempts. I have now flushed your login attempts, and you should be able to login now.
