We recently have a problem with our email system which caused this to happen, but everything has been sorted already. However, we've made some changes and permanently disable Sending Email notification from Custom Email Address that is why (if you will check) the "Sender Email" section is not visible from the email notification settings.
The problem also caused some of our users email address to land into our bounce list. Unfortunately, your email address is one of them but I have removed it already so you should now received the notifications again.
If you have any email address as the form recipient, please let us know so we can check and remove (if they have been blacklisted).
