Unable to Received Form Email Notification

    I noticed this issue has ben raised numerous times and that you are requesting email addresses. We have many forms created in Jotform, but I know that this one indeed is not recceivng emails: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/21134216896959

    here are the three emails that it should send to:





    It is also set up to send a response email to the person who submitted the form. this functionality is working properly, at least with my email address (mhannah@floyd.org)


    I will test with another form to see if it is happening with all or just this one.

    A couple of other things I noticed.

    First of all, I tested on another form using my email as the notification email and it works fine.

    Also, the problem with the form listed above apparently started happening Friday. However, on Saturday, a flood of forms that were submitted Friday came through. So, not sure if there was some sort of server error on your end that may have caused the problem

    Also, the email that is attached to the form (greenlink@floyd.org) received an out of office reply from one of the recipients (not listed above bparis@floyd.org) so not sure if that helps or is a clue to the problem or solution.

    Good day! First of all, sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. As I've check the said email addresses, I found out that email addresses:

    courier@floyd.org is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : Amazon blacklisted.

    bleker@floyd.org is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : Amazon blacklisted.

    tgerrin@floyd.org is IN the bounce list  

    Reason(s) : Amazon blacklisted.

    I have now remove it for you and it should be working fine now. If this happens again, do let us know immeadiately.

    Thank you. This does appear to be fixed. So, I am curious as to why these same emails, if blacklisted on Friday, had submissions come to them on Saturday and then broke again today. Any idea why that happened.?


    Also, can you whitelist every email that ends with @floyd.org? It would take a long time for me to test each form we have.

    It appears some users have tried to abused Jotform Email system causing this issue to happen. It would be great if you could provide us the list of email ending with @floyd.org so we could be sure not to miss any email address.

    In addition to the email address that have been already remove from our bounce listing. I have checked the following email address and cleared if listed,

    Interesting. Not floyd people, but other people have abused?

    Well, there are more than 2700 people on staff and we add more all the time. so might be hard to give youevery address.

    I'll get back to you on the list of names. There are hundreds.

    Hi! Of the list of emails in your most recent post I found mieast@floyd.org and pcrepeau@floyd.org to be on our bounce list but I have since removed both. The rest are not in our bounce list.
