Unable to receive email notifications

    Hello Jotform,

    Not really sure what might be wrong, currently I'm having no problems receiving notifications on all my forms except for "Eu Rewards Online (Ecomm Paid)"

    Have tried the test email and it works. However, neither me or the other notification email address that I've input has received these submissions.

    I cloned and tested the form and I was able to successfully receive an email notification:


    I also check the email logs and a recent email notification was sent out, was this not received?

    Can you please check your spam folder perhaps it was routed there.
