Appointment Element: Dsiplay a note to the person attempting to book the same appointment that the number of ideal attendees have been reached.

Hi. 

I was just wondering if there was anyway we could count the number of appointments made per time slot and send a note to the person attempting to book the same appointment that the number of ideal attendees have been reached? We do not however want to limit the number of people that would be able to sign up for it (not greyed out). We just want to send a notice.

Hi there - Unfortunately, we currently do not have such a feature. If the max number of attendees per timeslot is reached, it will only grey out the time slot making it not available to the next submitter.

However, that sounds like a good idea so I'm forwarding to our backend team as a Feature Request. Though we cannot give you a timeline for implementation, rest assured you will be notified on this same ticket for any updates.
