To clarify, when you click on the submit button the form will not submit and redirect you to the thank you page?
May we know if your form is embedded to your web page and if yes, kindly share to use the web page URL?
I have tested a cloned version of your form and I can't replicate the issue at my end.
I was using my iPhone to submit my cloned form.
May we know the mobile device you have used to replicate the issue?
If possible, kindly share a screenshot on the issue.

The form is linked to our booking app, but the issue is also there when people use the Jotform link directly (from a WhatsApp message or similar).
It only seems to happen with iPhones - in this case an iPhone XS. I tried it on my Samsung, and no problem.
THis is the only form we use that has this issue - and people need to force the app closed to get back to the normal view.

I have tested a cloned version of your form link in whats app and it opened in Safari.
However, I'm using iPhone 7 for my testing.
To clarify, when you click the link it will open in its own web view?
Would it be possible if you share a screenshot on the issue?
