I have followed the tutorial "How to Integrate Form to PayPal Checkout" and followed all the steps up to step 4. then it says it was successful but keeps loading for hours. please see screenshot.

Apologies for the inconvenience, I cloned and tested the form and I was able to successfully integrate PayPal Checkout and make a submission:
Please try to connect it first to test mode before going live:
I will clear your form cache so if it still not working, please try to connect with a different browser perhaps in incognito mode or private window.
