We are not receiving emails from Jotform

    When customers fill in the form, we are not recieving it

    We recently had an issue that affected some of our users. However, our engineers have alredy resolved it

    The said address  (sienna**********ions@gmail.com) is not in our bounce list, can you please confirm to me if this is the affected one?

    If you have some more other forms affected by this please let us know



    Please open your own thread and paste your email address so we can remove it from the bounce list if that is the case
