Receiving Duplicate submissions

    I have recieved duplicate form submissions twice in my form.

    In one case a respondand submitted te form once and it showed up 4 times in the submissions, divided over 3 days. In the other case there was just a single duplicate. 

    Maybe a bug? I am using the inventory widget.

    Hey there,

    Happy to help you today.

    It seems your form is getting resubmitted this is why you are getting duplicated submissions. If the user opens their browser again with the submit page link still there, the form will get resubmitted.

    The best way to avoid this is by using a captcha field in your form to stop it from resubmitting. The Captcha field will require an action from the user to move forward.
