I must admit this is very confusing to me. What I want to do is create an event registration form that the attender can "cancel" after they have registered. We have 2 events at different times and the person registers to attend the 9 a.m. event but decides they can't make it and want to cancel. How do I set that up within Jotform?

Greetings and thank you for your message.

You can, for example, add one additional field to your form, which will be shown only if the user is editing the form. After the submission is edited, you will be notified of the change.

To get started, you need to add Get Form Page URL widget to your form. This is required to check if the user is on the Edit page. You can also add a checkbox for example, which your users can check if they wish to cancel attendance.

Then you need to add a Show/Hide field condition:

In it, you need to check if the Page URL widget contains the word Edit. If it does, you wish to show the additional checkbox:

If the condition is not true, the field will not be shown.

Please let us know if this solution will work for you.
