We want to create a form where the user puts in a number of children they have so we can collect the name, email address for each one.
Is there a way to populate the correct number of children information questions based on the answer to number of children?
Please let me know.
Thank you!

Hello michellehorvitz,
You can set up an Infinite List in your form in order to collect this information: https://www.jotform.com/widgets/infinite-list
You can then obtain a count of children (each being a submitted row). To do this, you first need to enable row counting by scrolling down in the GENERAL page of the widget's settings, then switching Count Rows? on.
Add a Calculation Widget, then go to the Widget Settings and click ADD FIELD:
and pick the Infinite Widget List (note that this name will be changed if you typed a question in your Infinite List:
You can use this for form calculations, or just to display it if you want to.
Please don't hesitate to reply with further questions if you have any.
