My form is not displaying one of days on the weekly appointment widget

Good morning,

I have four days set up for appointments with conditions to show or hide days. Monday or Tuesday appointment times do not display on the form view when the corresponding day is selected. 

Sometimes it's Monday Interview Time and other times it is Tuesday Interview Time that do not display correctly.

I have checked your form and it seems the issue with your hide/show conditions.

I would suggest you hide all your weekly appointment widget fields.

And then just use the show condition whenever the option is selected.
