Why do I receive duplicate submissions?

    Good morning,

    I am receiving quite a few duplicate submissions.  Is this a glitch that happens often or are my clients submitting the same form multiple times?

    Thank you for your message.

    If the submissions are completely identical, and if you receive duplicate submission a few hours later, there is a chance that the submission is duplicated.

    To resolve this problem, please open the Settings tab, select Show more options and set Allow Browser AutoComplete to No:

    If you notice this problem happening again, please send us the ID of submissions that were duplicated and of their duplicated versions. You can click here to see where to find the Submission ID.
