Form plan upgrade

We have a martial arts studio and are curious how this works. We would like to send a declaration to our students that we have already created in your system. We have about 120 students and need all to fill out the form. Can you confirm if the free package will work for us or if it is necessary to upgrade? Where are the forms saved?

Since you have 120 students, you may need to upgrade to our Bronze plan as the Free plan has a limit of 100 submissions per month.
