Charged while in Test Mode

Last week, I asked a group of reviewers to provide feedback on this form.  I have it in Test Mode & even showed our finance person.  She agreed that everything was set up correctly.  However, 2 of us were charged even though the form is in test mode.  Now we need to go through refund process.  What am I missing?  How did this happen?

Also, I've made several inquiries about setting up the charges on this form.  I want it to total The Merge Registration and the Athletic Pass total.  Both need to have quantities associated with them.  I was told how to get it to total throughout the form and had it set up, but the quantities weren't there.  Now I have quantities for the Athletic Passes but not the Merge Registration.  Also, I can't get it to add the Payment Gateway anywhere.  It keeps telling me that it is already in use, but I deleted it when I added the Product List to Athletic Pass total.  

Please help!  I'm starting to have a time crunch!  

Hello @lpolhamus - I just checked that the Product List on your form isn't integrated yet with any payment processors, so there shouldn't be charges:

Now, if you plan to integrate it with a payment processor for a test, please ensure that you have set it up in a TEST MODE/Sandbox and that you are using a Sandbox account.

For example with Paypal, there's an option there to set the payment mode as TEST:

And don't forget to click the CONTINUE button at the bottom part of the settings page to save the connection.

Because I have been trying to change the payment area, it appears to not be integrated NOW, but it WAS when we reviewed the first draft.

May we know what payment processor did you use? We'll try to replicate it on our end.

I just tried integrating Stripe Sandbox on my test form. Usually, on Sandbox mode, real cards will be declined. For example with Stripe, there are specified test cards that you can use: https://stripe.com/docs/testing
