It says the account is locked out

    Hello,


    My name is Hannah Rivers and I work at Dr. Ike Lans DDS. The account with Jotform keeps locking me out even though I keep the password saved on the computer and I am the only one that logs into the site. I keep trying to change the password, and every time I think its finished and try to sign in; it says the account is locked. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

    As per the error in the login page, your account was locked due to multiple failed login attempts. I have reactivated the account. You should be able to log in this time. Please use your last password. Otherwise, I would suggest initiating a new password reset.
