I am doing the testing of my website and have found that one can submit the form with absolutely none of the information completey though I have indicated that several text boxes or drop down menu boxes are required (as indicated with the * next to it). Is there something that I have to do in my jotform to block such things from happening?

well, my website is not live yet so I have blocked it with a password protected gateway until the official launch on May 21st. As I am unsure how secure this thread is, or rather if this conversation is viewed by others, so I do not want to give you the password. If you tell me that this is a private thread, then I can send you the link with the password into the webiste.

I have already set this thread to private. Any information shared here is safe between you and the members of our support team.
Anyway, I apologize but I realized just now that this problem might have been caused by using the wrong embed codes for your site. Did you use Embed <> codes in inserting your form to your webpage? If yes, please try using iFrame codes.
To get your form's iframe codes:
1. Go to Setup & Embed tab
2. Click Embed Form
3. Click iFrame
4. Copy the codes provided
