Storage/Privacy of Information

How do you handle information submitted through your forms?  Do you keep and store information transmitted on your servers? Or is that information sent directly to the business they applied to, for us to keep on a private server?

We are needing a link to send private personal information, that should not be kept or available outside of our organization.  Is this possible to use JotForm in this manner?

    Greetings,

Yes, form data are stored on our servers. Though, it's possible to integrate your form submissions with different services like Google Spreadsheet, Google Drive, Dropbox, send to FTP, send with webhooks, and etc. If you don't want to store data on our server, you can auto-delete the submitted data from our database using the Auto-Delete Submission app. You can also encrypt your forms to add another security layer on top of already secured forms and submissions.

Also, you can take advantage of our Enterprise Plan wherein you can host the form on your own dedicated server.

Let us know if you need more information.
